Need help with the Clover boot-up. (Dual boot Windows + ElCap with weird partitions showing)

I really can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here. I installed Clover but I'm getting lots of unnecessary partitions coming up (see pics below).

Also I've tried changing the resolution to 1920x1080 but it's not fixing the black border still.

Boot Ubuntu EFI boot menu from EFI Boot Mac OS X from Mac (I want this one) Boot Recovery from Recovery HD Boot Windows from Legacy HD1 (And this one) Boot Windows from Legacy HD2 Boot Windows from Legacy HD1 Boot Windows from EFI Boot Windows from Legacy HD1 

Regarding Ubuntu, I've tried removing it, and I managed to remove "grub", but it still remains on clover. I don't even know why, because I installed it to a flash stick.
