Only headphone jack working for audio? El Capitan

Hi guys,

Have a weird issue where audio only works out of the headphone jack for some reason...

I'm currently using a Gigabyte Z97M-DS3H board. Audio codec is ALC887.

Used TonyMac's El Capitan/Multibeast method for El Capitan.

Also running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit but on a separate SSD.

Any idea what the issue can be?
