I have a lot of technology, both old and new. I've always been intrigued by the idea of building a hackintosh but have never done it. The most recent computer I built uses very modern parts, purchased with no regard to compatibility with hackintosh.
CPU: i7-5930K Motherboard: MSi X99A SLI Plus RAM: 32GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 GPU: AMD 300 Series
Therefore, I ask if it is even worth trying to convert this system. Obviously its never "easy", but I fear that building an X97 hackintosh would be more economical with all new components than the time I would spend making this work.
I'm open to any and all opinions.
