When I first build my machine, I wasn't sure if I would get it working and bought some cheap parts. One of the parts was a Faspeed SSD. I recently got a EVO 850 and I want to migrate my installation to it.

I used CCC and got the main partition and recovery partition moved over, no problem. I installed Clover, mounted the EFI partition, and dragged over the kexts folder, the drivers64UEFI folder and the config.plist file. I booted into the EVO drive no problem, check the system definition and it's correct, but the ethernet kexts aren't working. Well, the ethernet isn't working and I assume it's to do with the kexts. I'm not sure what it looks like when none of the kexts work.

I think I need to repair the permissions, but I'm use to using Disk Utility to do it and Disk Utility can't see the EFI partition. Maybe I should just copy the whole /EFI/CLOVER/ directory over to the new drive?

Also, I realized I didn't quite follow the directions here to the letter. In Step 25, I was supposed to remove VBoxHfs-64.efi and replace it with HFSPlus.efi, but I still have VBoxHfs-64.efi in the directory. Everything works fine as near as I can tell, so I don't want to replace it. What's the difference between the two?
