Will this SPEC work?

I am in the process of ordering stuff for my hackingtosh. I checked tonymac before making the list for my build. I just need to make sure this specs are alright.

ASRock Intel Z97 Extreme6 Super Alloy 5Th Gen. Core i5-4460
16gb memory 1600mhz (will any memory stick do?)
Corsair CS 550 Watt
Transcend 256gb
Toshiba 7200rpm (1tb)
