I used "OS X El Capitan for intel pcs.raw" to install el capitan. Seems to be working fine without any modifications. But im unable to boot from the drive when I don't have the flash drive plugged in. I have installed the latest clover on the ssd but it isn't booting. (Debugger called: panic). The bootloader that the flash drive is using is also clover but an older version. I also tried this older version but it still isn't working. The bootloader I don't think is passing any special commands.
So I don't know what I need to do to the bootloader that is on the ssd to get it to work. Any suggestions...[► source]
