Whenever I try to restart my computer is it by OS or directly pressing the restart button on my PC, my computer is going to freeze for some time then it is going to shutdown entirely, and then turn on, it happens under Windows 7 as well, running El Capitan 10.11.
I can't even be at my bios, press the restart button, cause it will freeze for up to 5 seconds and then shutdown and turn back on.
It started happening right after I installed EL CAPITAN
