I successfully installed El Capitan on my 250gb Samsung ssd drive and I've installed the latest nvidia CUDA and web driver.
Before, I was unable to get a boot without bootflag nv_disable=1. I simply switched my smbios from Mac Pro 3,1 to iMac 14,2. Now, I can get through, but my login screen is this rainbow of fuzzy pixels. I can tell something is slightly off... for instance, my trashcan is just a solid white instead of textured grey....[► source]
