Trying to dual boot but I can't seem to get the boot loader working..

Hey,

So i have tried to install the boot loader through multibeast 8, but when i take the Usb drive out and then try to boot it just comes up with

'Reboot and Select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key'

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong/ what i need to do to fix it!?
