Back when I had Yosemite, everything worked fine.
However, with El Capitan I have all sorts of issues. Occasionally, if I plug a USB 3 drive into a USB 3 port, it shows up. But it's running at USB 2 speeds. If I unplug it and plug it back in, the drive no longer shows up in Finder, even though I can see it in System Report.
I know 10.11 has some USB fixes, I've tried a few and so far haven't been able to fix this issue.
Has anyone else had this problem?
