Can Windows 10 and El Capitan share the data drive?

I currently have a 250 gig Samsung 850 pro for Windows 10, and 1TB HDD for data and work files . I just bought a 250gig 850 evo to install El Capitan ( first hackintoch). 

Will both operating systems be able to share the same data drive and work files? [► source]
