Since moving to El Capitan, my system seems slower. I'm using:
motherboard: GA-Z77-DS3H rev1.1 CPU: Core i3 2120 SSD: Corsair CSSD-F60GB2-A video card: GeForce GT 640
I used the exact same machine for Yosemite and it ran much faster. I know the above specs aren't the best but the performance drop seems too severe for an OS upgrade--maybe not though.
It's been a couple months since I did the install. I'd rather start completely fresh then try to fix the issue. I've followed some guides online for this motherboard but they never seem to work 100%. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
