Hackintosh Will only install and boot in safemode

Hi, I am working on a hackintosh with these specks:

Asus H170 Pro Gaming Motherboard I7 6700 Gefource GTX 970 Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32GB

For some reason I am unable to install the OS by going into safe mode.

I have tried using GraphicEnabler both Yes and No with no luck. I have also tried it with and without the GTX 970 installed.

To further complicate the issue I cannot run Multibeast when booting in safe mode.

Anyone know where I should go from here?
