Hey guys, I´m new on Reddit, so please be kind :P I´m sick of googling around, because I´m not the biggest PC-builder and programer. But everytime I´v searched for a theme, I´ve landed on Reddit. The most opinions here, were a good help, so I hope you can help me this time too :)
I´m a photographer and filmer and I´m working with Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro on Windows 10.
I´m an iPhone user, but I don´t see reasons to buy a "original" mac (hardware/price), so I bought 3 months ago a "gaming-PC".
Specs:
Intel Core i7 4790 ZOTAC GTX 970 MSI Z97 Gaming 5 16Gb RAM 120GB SSD (windows and some software) 250GB SSD (mainly games, 2nd hobby) 2x1TB HDD (photos/videos)
I have read before, that the mainboard should "use" DSDT (?). Because I did not find this, I wanted you to ask:
IS MY HARDWARE OK FOR A HACKINTOSH?
HOW SHOULD I START WITH THE HACKINTOSHPROJECT?
Of course I want to use Windows 10 too, for gaming.
So on what points do I have to be careful?
- Dualbooting?
- access on hdd's and ssd's between the OS's
- first install OS then Win 10? ( I dont really like this, other opportunities were great)
