After installing El Capitan, when I try to shutdown my computer, the computer stays on, even if the disks stop spinning and the fans run on the lowest speed (like if it was in w95's "it is now safe to shutdown your computer screen) : when I try to reboot, it does the same thing, after 10 seconds it shuts down completely, and turns itself back on after 5 seconds. The weird thing is that this happens on Windows too.
