So, yesterday I got my laptop to boot, but I understand that that’s only the beginning. To get past a panic that said “unable to find drivers for the following platform: /ACPI/”, I had to disable everything in the clover DSDT menu. It seems like I need DSDT for a lot of things, though. This is a problem, as I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help me out in this regard?
I’m also having another weird issue:
When I boot from the hard drive with the config.plist I made in Clover Configurator (that I thought I set exactly the same as the options I used to boot the first time), the dock and menu bar aren’t translucent, they’re solid white. Also, Whenever theres a transition on the screen, a bunch of weird lines come up.
When I boot from the copy of clover on the Install USB and disable the DSDT things and add the nv_disable=1, though, it works fine. I guess I messed up the config, but i’m not sure where.
