Can't boot with multiple monitors connected to GTX960

Skylake based Hackintosh using GTX960 w/ Nvidia web drivers. Profile is set to iMac17,1.

It boots cleanly with only one monitor attached (DP), but if I connect another monitor to the DVI or HDMI ports it reboots when it should display the login screen. If I connect the monitors after the system has booted, it works fine.

I tried using MacPro3,1 and iMac14,2 profiles, both of which had the same problem.

I tried booting with -v flag however it doesn't display anything and just reboots.
