I have two main drives: My SSD that contains Windows (and a few programs) and my HDD, which contains most of my games and applications that I use in Windows. I plan on installing El Capitan on a partition of the HDD. However, I need to change the HDD to GPT in order to install it. If I change the entire HDD to GPT, will Windows still be able to read and use the contents of the partition properly? I can change it to GPT without losing contents using AOMEI Partition Assistant, but I don't know if I can access those files after.
