How to test if my Videocard is full acceleration?

I have a R9 280, it regoncize by el Capitan as HD7950. When i ran novabench i got 201 score. Seems low.

When i tried GFXMetal benchmark, all High Level test cant be run. I get this image instead. Not sure if its a kext issue or this card just can`t ran metal.
