Hey /r/hackintosh! I've been really interested in installing El Capitan on my PC for a while but I'd like if you guys notice any major compatibility issues with my hardware
i7 3820
ASUS P9X79 LE (I've read nothing about the LE version being used for Hacktonish builds, but people have got the other versions to work pretty well)
AMD Radeon HD 7970 Ghz Edition
Everything else should be fine (RAM, HDD, SSD, etc...) so I'd just like input on the specs I listed.
If these parts would work, what method would you recommend me taking to install El Capitan? Do any methods require completely wiping my drives, or should it be fine installing on a dedicated OS X drive?
