Need help setting up 4790k on el capitain, High temps and low performance compared to previous builds with same Processor and MoBo.

I am running a 4790k with IGFX enabled, my MoBo is a GA-Z97M-D3H-Z97-M.

My first issue is I would like to get this processor to run cooler and the performance is terrible. It ran much faster on System profile MacPro 3'1 on benchmarks.

Am I missing the correct AppleIntelCPUPowerManagment.kext? (4790k)

Second issue is that when I install HWmonitor it doesn't accept the kexts included even though I have

<string>0x28</string> <key>CsrActiveConfig</key> <string>0x3</string>

inside my config.plist file I use Clover as my boot-loader BTW

This has me scratching me head, I hope someone can help.
