I just installed El Capitan and I unplugged the charger, closed the lid and made sure the display went to sleep, and I put it in my bag to take it to my friends house to finish installing things, I haven't installed the post installation files yet. When I grabbed my laptop, it was burning hot, all over the laptop. I powered it off and it sitting on the counter cooling off. What should I do? Is this because it was on battery instead of AC power? Is the OS not using the hardware properly, i.e. fans? Help please.
