I'm looking to build my 1st hackintosh for my music studio (running ableton live, studio one, adobe audition, possibly video editing too) and gaming (mostly steam). I want to run either ElCap or sierra (depending on what works with the audio software) on one SSD and Windows 10 on the other with a HDD each for storage/backup.

  • Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K

  • Cooling system: Corsair Hydro H110i

  • GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 970 DC2OC 4GD5

  • RAM: Corsair CMK32GX4M2A2400C14 vengeance (32 GB)

  • Main drive: 2x Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB (one for OSX, other one for W10)

  • Storage drive: 2x 1TB+ drive probably, one for each OS

  • PSU: EVGA supernova 750 G2 750W

  • Case: NZXT S340

  • Network: Not sure yet, OSX functionality not a priority. Some card type thingy would be ok

Any forseeable issues with this? Looking to get this done in the coming months depending on my spare time. Suggestions welcome.
