I have the following hardware: Mobo: MSI Z87M Processor: Intel Core i5-4690K GFX: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-2978-KR 4GB FTW HDD: Standard SATA laptop drive (80gb) RAM: 24GB
I tried installing OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 yesterday but had two errors: After installation completed, I received a "The bless tool was unable to set current boot disk". I tried to do a repair disk, and also retried the installation from a USB 2.0 port on the back of the computer (mobo) and another attempt from a USB 2.0 port on my enclosure.
After trying to boot to ElCapitan HDD from Clover, I am presented with the circle with slash (⊘) logo on an all black screen. In verbose mode, this shows "Still waiting for root device".
Any suggestions? Has anyone had any luck with my configuration?
