Hey all, got a strange one for you. I'm trying to install OS X on an HP DC7900 with an E8400 and 8GB of RAM. I am able to get to the installer, but it will fail at a random point with the following error: Error extracting files from Essentials.pkg. I've tried redownloading the installer several times and I know that it is good because I just recently wiped and reinstalled my macbook pro with the same installer I'm trying to use. I'm creating the USB drive using a DSDT found on tonymacx86 and with the 'createinstallmedia' method using the latest version of clover. Full system specs are below. Any ideas?
Specs:
HP DC7900
CPU: E8400
RAM: 8GB DDR2
GPU: 2X Nvidia Quadro NVS 290
