Hey. I just got done installing from a fresh backup on 10.10.1. No Kexts or boot loaders etc.
I'm looking for a way to update to El Capitan 10.11 to use Xcode cause 10.10.1 can't install a version of Xcode that has the iOS 9 SDK.
If there are any guides or anyone out there willing to help me update, preferably using a USB, that would be great. I have to boot using -v npci=x2000 and when using an installer from macbreaker it held to the website's name and literally broke my Hackintosh lol. I couldn't even boot into the installation USB. It gave me all sorts of error codes (but surprisingly not the Missing Bluetooth Transport error or something like that.) and I just couldn't get it to load so started fresh from a backup using CCC. Also, I tried a direct update using Clover but Clover always wants to inject all sorts of crazy stuff that makes my laptop not want to boot. I'm okay with glitchy graphics cause Kexts always seem to break my Hackintosh whenever I boot.
Specs (According to About This Mac not sure if it's just listing random iMac specs. If I could get a program that lists more reliable specs that would be great.)
