I have been able to get upgrades working in the past, but the last upgrade got me in a bad state. I started the update and it eventually got to the part where it needed to reboot. Now when it tries to boot into OSX it displays a bunch of error messages (-v), many about Sandbox permission deny. Eventually, the screen goes blank and flashes text every 10 seconds or so.
I can boot into the recovery partition and I was able to recover the system log file here:
In that log I noticed that there were some crashes in ctkd and mds. So I dug around in recovery mode a bit more and pulled out all the crash dumps from the times I tried to boot after the upgrade. Those are found here:

Can anyone see a possible fix before I give up and reinstall?
I have a pretty vanilla install. Injecting these kexts: AppleIntelI1000e, FakeSMC, HDAEnabler1, realtekALC.
