I need to build a computer now while there is funding to do it, even if it is still early days for LGA1151.
Will thunderbolt-3 usb-c 3.1 rev2 be easily added with a card or should/can I just get it built in now? I can wait for Sierra to actually support it, but can assume it is going to happen? This has been specifically requested

Solid ethernet
working bluetooth if possible
is m.2 the best ssd format for internal drives?
only requires a couple sticks of ram
Size doesn't matter otherwise. Price is obviously as little as possible, especially if I'm jettisoning features.
