I built my computer a few years ago. I have been using a combination of Windows and Ubuntu now for a while. I've been wondering recently about switching to Hackintosh. I own a Mac laptop and would love that OS on my more powerful computer.
I have a Radeon 6870, a i5 2500k, a corsair SSD and a WD caviar black HDD.
1) Would I be able to run OSX on this setup? I've done some brief research and I think it is possible. 2) I've been trying to install my copy of Mavericks on a USB from my MacBook. I finish the install via Unibeast but face an error of my installation failing. 3) Is there anything I should keep in mind while converting?
