GA-X79S-UP5-wifi bios/software issues

Hi all, everything is installed and ready to go, however upon attempting the initial process for software installing I have encountered a few problems




  1. I couldn't access the bios while the motherboard was on B_Bios (button on the back, other option is M_Bios, which I had no problem accessing the bios in).

  2. Once I have configured the bios, leaving the mobo on M_Bios, I insert my USB key, select USB and end up at the white background with grey apple screen which is where I am frozen.


I have retried quite a few times and am wondering if any of you have any suggestions. Here are my specs CPU: Core™ i7-4930K Processor, 3.40GHz w/ 12MB Cache * Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI * GPU: GeForce GTX 780 3GB PCI-E w/ ACX Cooler, Dual DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort * Case: Carbide Series 500R Case, Black * RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 16Gb DDR3 1600MHZ 2(2x8GB) * SDD: Sandisk Extreme 120gb * HDD: 1 x Seagate 1TB HDD SATA III w/64mb cache * PSU: Professional Series HX650 Modular Power Supply * CPU Heat sink: NH-D14 CPU Cooler SE2011
