How do I dual boot Mavericks with Windows 8.1? (MyHack)

I'm pretty knowledgeable about Hackintosh, but all of my builds were done using single HDD's with just OS X on them. Any tips on what I can do to dual boot both OS X and Windows?

What am I missing? Is it really as easy as the steps outlined above? Please comment to help me do this right guys!
