Thinking about installing a second GPU, anyone have experience with this?

Specs:


  • Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3
  • CPU: Intel i7 2600k 3.40 GHz
  • GPU: Radeon HD 6870
  • Storage: Crucial m4 256GB SSD and SAMSUNG F4 ST2000DL004 2TB (slave drive)
  • PSU: I forget, I'll have to open up my computer and check, but i think it's either 500W or 700W
So I'd like to install a second Graphics card for gaming purposes (BF4 on "Ultra" settings sounds fun) but I'm not sure which card will be compatible with the rest of my hardware and be hackintosh-friendly. If anyone could help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
