Patches:
DTGP
HDEF (layout12 for audio)
GFX0 (required for HDMI)
PLNF (for brightness slider)
B1B2 (for battery)
Other fixes like names, optimizations, etc.
This isn't going to solve your problems magically, but it helps sometimes.
Most of the fixes need kexts or some other hack to work.
(USB fixes are done by the bootloader, so I didn't bother including them)
