I have been looking at the various building guides but not all of those parts can be bought here and it would cost a lot to import from the US. So I've come up with the following build, along with the parts that I can get. Please help me decide which of the motherboard and processor to pick and also if this will run OS X just fine?

I'm not looking to use Mavericks since I know that it still needs a lot of kinks to iron out. And also, I plan on using the integrated Intel HD 2500 on the processor so I won't be getting a graphics card either (though I might in the future). This is the very first time I'm doing this so please treat me like a newbie when it comes to terminology. :)
