Total noob here first attempt at trying the Hackintosh setup.
My Rig:
ASUS p9x79 PRO i7 3930K 570HD 2.5gb Fermi SLI Corsair Vengeance Ram Corsair H100i Cpu cooler
Ok so I was able to get installed and up and running, the only way I could get to the installer was with GraphicsEnabler=Yes, npci=0x3000 and -x. Once I got installed, I selected DSDT free on multiBeast, I have a feeling this may have been the wrong one.
Once that install finished I restarted and wasn't able to boot back in, I selected GraphicsEnabler in the unibeast uploader but there was no option for npci=0x3000. Without npci=0x3000 and -x I would get stuck at the apple logo and it would have a circle with a line through it symbol over it.
So I was finally able to boot back in using those flags but once I got in things weren't running properly. I tried opening safari and couldn't connect to the internet, the safari window also had waves going through it, like the window was constantly refreshing. However, when the installation first finished and I hadn't touched Multibeast, safari was working fine.
So I have no idea what I'm doing or what's wrong. It looks like I need npci=0x3000 and -x to be involved in everytime I boot mavericks but I don't know how to make that happen.
I also am not sure which profile to select in multibeast and which check boxes I need. If someone could explain to me like im 5 what I need to be selecting in multibeast, that would be awesome.
I also am unable to use Razer products on the PC side now. Both my deathadder mouse and blackwidow keyboard aren't working. Luckily I have a backup keyboard and mouse which allowed me to make this post.
Another issue on the windows side is when I boot I will get a bios warning saying overclock failed please enter setup, even though there is no overclock because I selected optimized defaults before installing mavericks.
I tired going back through multibeast and selecting easy setup and then installing that and restarting but ended up with the same issues with safari.
I also selected XMP and set it to profile 1 and turned off Vt-d. So I have no idea why the razer products aren't working on the PC side and whats going on with the mac side hah, in a bit of a jam here. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much.
