Proposed Hackintosh Build, I need to make sure I have chosen the right parts (x-post /r/buildapc)

Hey /r/Hackintosh, newbie here.

I've been looking to build a Hackintosh that can dual boot Mac OS X 10.9 and Windows 7 so I can do my video editing work (Mac) and satisfy my gaming wants (Windows).
