Complete Noob here, but requesting some assistance!

Okay so here is my build:

Graphics Card: ASUS ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Power Supply: OCZ Fatal1ty 750W Modular Gaming 80Plus Bronze Power Supply compatible with Intel Sandy Bridge Core i3 i5 i7 Intel 4th Gen CPU Haswell and AMD Phenom

So my question is, can I successfully set up a Hackintosh without having any access with a Mac?

I have tried Niresh, and I have gotten "flickering" when it comes to browsing Safari or the Dashboard.

What should I be enabling within the customization to make sure I do not run into these issues with my graphics card?
