Mainly will be using this build for video editing (final cut pro x, avid, premier pro) and photo editing (photoshop/aperture). I also plan to dual boot Windows so I can game and use a few other programs. I have narrowed down my build and my final step is to make sure these parts will be compatible with a Hackintosh. I plan on installing OSX on the 256gb SSD and then using the 1TB SSD as temporary storage before it is backed up to my RAID system. I currently own a 13" macbook pro w/retina and will continue using that when i travel. Also, I don't want to spend $6,000+ for a MacPro with comparable specs and not have the option to expand in the future. I am pretty set with the actual process of installing OSX on a Hackintosh but wanted to see if anyone has had luck with the components listed below.
