Hey everyone I am in a little pickle at the moment. My Macbook pro (2012) just shorted out on me and is pretty much shot at the moment. I don't have the funds to get it fixed right now, for I am an audio engineer and pay is... Let's just say nothing special. I need to get into OS X to run Logic Pro x which is the program I use to mix and master music. What I am going to have to do for the time being is just load OS X through VM ware on my older (2011) windows laptop. I have done it before but this time I tried I ran into a little problem. After opening VM ware and putting all the settings to where I need them to be, and boot up, I just seem to get stuck on the apple logo as if the computer were booting. If anyone knows a quick fix to this problem please shoot me a message ASAP for my time is limited as I have a deadline to have finished mixing 2 songs by the end of the week. Thank you for your time!
