GTX 650ti works perfectly, but not on boot - Help needed.

Just added an Asus GTX 650 ti to my build and it works perfectly in both Mavericks and Windows 7 running a HDMI to my monitor, but when I try to boot I have to plug the HDMI into my i5 to get anything displayed on screen.

After booting I can swap the HDMI to my 650 and everything works fine.

Any ideas of how to fix this?

I'm running with Multibeast/Chimera
