I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my installation so far..
First off my specs are: -MB:Asrock H77 Pro4/MVP LGA 1155 Intel, -CPU:Intel Core i7-3770 3.40 GHz CPU, -GPU:GeForce GTX 660 Ti, -Ram: 32 GB (x4 8GB Hyper X XMP Blu Red Series)
So i got Mavericks from the app store from a friends macbook, and made my external HD able to boot it to my PC. Then I installed it and I got all the way to the restart portion of the install which lead me to the infinite mac loading screen.
From here I researched how to get into safe mode by typing in -v -x. So I got into dafe mode and finished the Mavericks install.
But then the post installation is what got me.. I first tried to use Unibeast with a DSDT I found online, and installed it WITHOUT easybeast. (Thankfully because I read that easybeast can mess things up..)
I then read up some more and found that the type of motherboard I had required a BIOS flash. I was directed to a website where I could download the files, but I have absolutely no idea how to flash it...
And once I do flash it, I don't know where to find the proper DSDT, much less how to edit and extract it.. and THEN, I still don't even know what options to tick in the Unibeast window....
As you can see, I am very lost and my computer currently only works with my external HD plugged in and booting into safe mode. Please please help me because I desperately need it.
