Finally got all the parts for my first ever build. (I've been using macs for years but am a massive noob when it comes to pc hardware)
Im building the tonymac CustoMac Pro so the hardware list is:
- GA-Z87X-UD5H
- Intel Core i7-4790K
- Corsair RM 650 Watt Modular
I've got the cpu in plus 1 stick of ram and a monitor plugged into the onboard port. When i turn it on everything spins up but nothing appears on the monitor. Just a black screen.
The board has a dual BIOS (not really sure what that means). But if I turn it on in dual mode it will power on for just over a second and then power down. Then power back up with the LED for the backup BIOS showing. Repeat indefinitely. Just flipping between the two.
Any help or pointers would be rad as I've got minimal knowledge on how to trouble shoot this.
