Can someone please review my geek score and let me know if I'm using my rig to it's maximum potential?

I'm not sure i did everything correctly, as I had so many different guides throughout the installation. I kind of winged it and am not sure if I could do it again, tbh. I have the sound, bluetooth, triple monitors, etc working. Any suggestion or questions welcome.
