Currently have a Dell Mini 9 that ran Snow Leopard beautifully (and still does! but the battery died). I Googled around and didn't find anything about netbooks that can be modded to run Yosemite.
And yes, I know netbooks are out of fashion...so if not a netbook then maybe just a very small portable computer.
