I had previously built an Hackintosh setup, but eventually ended up installing Windows on the machine mainly because it was meant for a friend.
I have been doing a lot of digging and want to start programming in Objective-C/Swift, but now need a Mac setup. I personally don't want to throw a lot of money, or buy some 2010 Macbook model, I was wondering if it is at all possibly to build a cheap Mac Mini (~$300-$400 budget) and dedicate it primarily for XCode?
How is the experience when coding on an Hackintosh? If I were to upload an app to the app store, would Apple know I am working off a Hackintosh machine and what not? I just want to stay safe here before I put in the time.
Also, if you guys have any good setups that fit my budget, I am totally open to buying right away (I don't mind second-hand hardware, as long as it is future-proof for my needs!)
