If i ever add a discrete GPU to my Hackintosh, would I have to use a new Config.plist for Clover UEFI?

Currently I'm using Clover UEFI and the HD 4600 config.plist from this TonyMac guide, just asking, would I have to replace the config.plist with the NVidia one if i end up getting an Nvidia GPU?
