Last time i tried was around 1,5 y ago and almost everything was great, except audio which is very important for me). Back then I was using only headphone out from my Zalman Z11 and sound was very noisy. I could hear cracks and things similar to that. Second problem was smoothness of whole system, it's lack, to be more precise. My installation method was Niresh, which is now hackintosh.zone. Main things I'm doing are: video editing, graphics stuff (2d and 3d), audio/music editing (ableton/launchpad s). As far as I remember, I had so much trouble fixing sound problem, that i gave up and installed windows again. Now I'm using optical digital out for main audio output and 2 monitors - both 1080p (one on HDMI and second on DVI). Which kexts and installation methods should I use? What should I expect? I'm counting on you, guys! :)
