I have a Realtek888S sound card, and the easiest way to get it working at the time was installing VoodooHDA - but that gave mediocre results. I'm trying to install audio with CloverALC now (Clover is installed on my computer). I completely removed VoodooHDA. I'm running BIOS, not EFI. My CLOVER folder is on my system drive, not on my /EFI partition. When I run the CloverALC script, I get this error.
File: audio_cloverALC-100.command_v1.0.4d Verify EFI partition mounted, Finder/Devices/EFI EFI partition is not mounted Confirm Clover Legacy Install (y/n): y ./audio_cloverALC-100_v1.0.4d.command: line 189: [: /Volumes/Macintosh: binary operator expected /Volumes/Macintosh HD/EFI/CLOVER not found No system files were changed To save a Copy to this Terminal session: Terminal/Shell/Export Text As ...
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Fixed - the installer simply didn't handle the space in Macintosh HD - it recognized it as Macintosh. I changed the drive to MacHD, and the error was gone. Now, though, I get this.
File: audio_cloverALC-100.command_v1.0.4d Verify EFI partition mounted, Finder/Devices/EFI EFI partition is not mounted Confirm Clover Legacy Install (y/n): y MacHD/EFI folder found No audio codec detected
