Is possible to use 1 hdd for data in yosemite and windows together?

Hi there friends, i have small question for you: Can i use SSD number one for yosemite boot partition, ssd number 2 to windows boot partition (dual boot with clover), and third drive HDD to data together readable in both windows 8.1 and Yosemite hackintosh? thanks
