I tried changing combinations of PICRoot, PCIRootUID, npci=0x2000/0x3000, -f -v -x etc etc.
It may be nvram file related. Will take care of this and try again when I get home.
My old working setup was npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=No (no IGP output on motherboard). Once it starts OK, and I update the kernel cache, it boots OK after that, but I have done 100 restarts to a black screen now, and it is starting to annoy me. I even have Web drivers installed, but they do not work either. I got it working in the past with npci=0x3000, but that no longer works. Going to try installing third party kexts if this continues... DVI connection.
